Françoise Markarian, SBA spécialist labour law

Born in 1965, Françoise Markarian practices at the Geneva Bar since 1990. After having exercised in two Geneva leading lawfirms, she has decided in 2012 to establish her own lawfirm which is dedicated to labour law.

In 2008, she has been a member of the first class of SBA specialized lawyers in labour law of West Switzerland, education which was intended only for experienced practitioners in such matter.

As from 2012, she has been appointed conciliator judge for the Labour Court, a duty she is exercising in addition to her lawyer’s activity.

She has also conducted human resources audits as an investigator for non-governmental and parastatal organizations.

Expert in labour law and to the benefit of a sound experience, Françoise Markarian offers refined and high quality services to her clients. Attached to alternative methods of conflict resolution, she always tries to favour a negotiated approach to legal action. Over the years, through her dual practice as a lawyer and conciliator judge, she has acquired solid experience in the labour jurisdiction. She practices in French and in English.
